The Absenteeism Panel allows you to consult the main indicators related to absences recorded during a given period.
This panel is based on the configuration of day types, which allows defining which days without expected activity should be counted as absenteeism.
This configuration offers a more precise calculation adapted to each organization's policy.
Available Information 🔗
The panel shows the following indicators:
- Working days: Total number of working days in the selected period.
- Absences: Number of absences recorded during the period.
- Absenteeism rate: Percentage of absenteeism calculated from the working days and recorded absences.
Additionally, the panel includes a detailed list of detected absences to facilitate consultation and monitoring.
