The Telework panel by groups is exclusively accessible to managers and allows analyzing the impact of telework at an aggregate level, without needing to access the individual details of each employee.
This panel offers a comparative view of performance in telework days versus office days, facilitating analysis by team, department, or group.
The panel allows:
- Analyzing the percentage variation of the main indicators between telework and office:
- Activity
- Productivity
- Focus
- PC Activity
- Viewing a graphical indicator “Telework vs Office”, which enables a quick comparison of performance between both contexts.
- Consulting the total number of days worked in office and telework, providing context to the analysis and allowing balanced comparisons between groups.
- Evaluating the impact of telework at the group level without exposing individual information, which facilitates strategic and aggregated reading.
Important considerations about the data
Calculated data will not be shown for those employees who:
- Have not worked both remotely and in the office during the analyzed period.
- Do not reach at least 70% of their expected activity.
When there is not enough information to perform the calculations, the values will be indicated as “-”.
This panel is designed to support decision-making at the management level, allowing the identification of trends, comparison of work scenarios, and evaluation of the real impact of teleworking on team performance.
