Project


The active range time is calculated based on the start and end activity times detected by the WorkMeter project management software (first event and last event of the day). Generally, the first event of the day corresponds to turning on the PC + login and the last event to turning off the PC.


Activity


“Activity” is the time spent interacting with the computer. In the case of the project management software, it is the time spent working on the projects.


Forecasts


It is a panel of the WorkMeter software that shows you the progress of each project in real time compared to the initial estimates.


Cost


It is the monetary cost of your projects. It is calculated by entering the hourly cost of each of the employees who will participate in that project.


Billing


It represents what you will bill for your projects. It can be calculated in two ways: by entering the billable hourly rate of the project or by indicating the billable hourly rate of each employee participating in the project.


Margin

Represents the profit you will earn from your projects. It is the difference between the billing amount and the costs that the projects incur for you.


Activity Editor


You can add activity outside the PC and link it to your projects, such as meetings, sales visits, phone calls, etc.
