Data collection is automatic; however, the solution allows the employee to stop or activate the data report to account for their time whenever they wish.

Depending on the length of the workday or holidays, the system notifies the worker that they should disconnect or recommends NOT answering emails outside of working hours.

The company defines which applications and websites are necessary for the employee's work. Managers will only get details of the time spent on these. The rest is private information reserved exclusively for the employee, who can also request that an application be productive.

Incognito Mode Browsing
The software is capable of measuring the time spent on websites visited by employees. However, if the incognito mode option is used, the system will not record the website name, allowing completely private browsing.
