How to update MyApp


If you are experiencing loading or display issues in MyApp, you can follow these steps to update the app and clear the cache, depending on your session status and the operating system you are using:

If you are logged into MyApp

  1. Select the “Update all” option. This will force a reload of all resources and may resolve possible visual or functional errors.

If you are on the login screen

  1. When you see the window reload automatically, it means the cache has been cleared successfully.

If the previous steps do not work


If the previous steps do not work, you can manually force cache clearing according to your operating system:
Android

  1. Tap on “Delete data and reset permissions.”

iOS


Option 1

  1. Go to workmeter.com and tap Delete.

Option 2

  1. Reinstall MyApp from your device.
