Manual project entry


When the system does not automatically detect the project you are working on or you want to change it manually, you can do so from the WorkMeter icon located on your computer's taskbar.
This option allows you to assign your time to the correct project to keep data updated and ensure accurate entry.


How to change the project manually


1. Access the WorkMeter icon
Locate the blue WorkMeter icon on the taskbar (usually in the lower right corner of the screen).

2. Left-click
A menu will appear with all the projects associated with your group or user profile.

3. Select the corresponding project
Click on the project to which you want to assign your time.


If the project contains subprojects, hover over its name to display the options and select the appropriate subproject. This will allow you to make a more precise entry.

4. Confirm the project change
When selecting a project or subproject, a confirmation message will appear at the bottom right of the screen indicating that the change has been made successfully.
