Our tool allows you to manage the compensation of days for the employees in your organization.

If an employee has pending vacation days from the previous year, a clickable box will appear next to the “Compensated” column that will allow them to select it. They must then click the “Compensate” button for the action to be carried out and for these days to be reflected in the current year's calendar.

Thanks to this panel, it will be possible to organize and update each employee’s calendars automatically and identify who has days to compensate or who has already been compensated.
It is important to keep in mind that:
- It is only possible to compensate when filtering by year and type of day.
- It is not possible to compensate more than one type of day at a time.
- Employees who have already been compensated, or who do not have days to compensate, cannot be compensated.
